We are a B2B edu-tech startup building a talent development platform which empowers organisations to develop Gen-Z employees (0-4 years experience) with the relevant power and hard skills.
We are fortunate to partner with some of the best people in the space, are backed by world-class investors and have raised a substantial pre-seed round (the largest edu-tech pre-seed round in Europe in 2022) from one of Europe’s top VC’s.
Now we are looking for a B2B Marketing Lead (f/m/x) to build and lead our marketing function, with a focus on content, events and demand generation. Together, we'll enable 1 million young professionals to learn the skills to succeed in the future of work.
We are based out of a beautiful office in central London but offer fully flexible working arrangements.
Role overview:
This is a crucial marketing role at Hyphen and you’ll have a pivotal role in the growth of our B2B marketing through the delivery of end-to-end campaigns across events, content and, as well as further developing our brand and market presence.
We want you to grow into the Head of Marketing role in the medium term and will support you in your journey from day one.
What’s the role:
- Execute and manage lead generation and brand-building marketing campaigns, working closely with the sales team to prioritise high-intent opportunities and channels (either via content or digital channels)
- Take the lead on content production aligned to our sales efforts
- Manage our events strategy and execution including Hyphen-led and events we are attending
- Take ownership of the promotion and delivery of our events (including webinars, and roundtables)
- Define the marketing budget, alongside Co-Founder Oliver, and marketing plans
- Manage any agencies or freelancers we use to develop marketing content
- Work closely with our Co-Founders defining the brand and identity of Hyphen
Who are you:

- You have in-depth experience in demand/lead generation B2B marketing experience
- You have worked closely with sales teams to drive revenue targets through marketing efforts, including producing content
- You have previously managed balancing revenue and lead generation activities via longer-term growth and brand building opportunities
- You have taken the lead on end-to-end campaign management, with experience using CRM and email marketing platforms (we use HubSpot and Amplemarket)
- You feel passionate about our mission to enable talent and embody our values
- You're based in London (we sponsor Visas)
