Job Description: B2B Cyber Security Content Writer, Remote Work
About Us
NUOPTIMA is a growth agency that uses digital marketing strategies to transform brands into category leaders in a wide array of sectors, from tech to health and wellness. We have extensive experience building and scaling e-commerce brands in the health and wellness niche and are now expanding the digital marketing branch of our company, which provides SEO and PPC services to websites. We’re currently building a portfolio of clients operating in the B2B space.
The Role
The primary focus of this role is to write content for NUOPTIMA’s SEO clients who are operating under the B2B business model in the cyber security space. We are looking for writers who can create content that shows a high level of expertise, can attract executive-level decision-makers and generate leads for our customers, helping them acquire customers and increase revenue.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting extensive research in different niches and on different topics.
- Conducting research to gain a deep understanding of a client’s business model, products/services, target customers and customer pain points.
- Putting together lists of questions and interviewing clients to get their unique insight into different topics.
- Drafting article outlines for client review and approval.
- Writing insightful, original and engaging articles based on prior research and client interviews.
- Optimising content titles, headings and meta tags for search engines (SEO optimisation).
- Editing content in accordance with feedback received from NUOPTIMA’s editor and clients.

About you:
- Most of all, we are looking for a person who is capable of doing thorough research on B2B-related topics, gaining a deep understanding of the target audience’s pain points and write articles that precisely hit those pain points and deliver value to high-level executives and decision-makers with the goal of converting them into customers. We’re looking to create content that can generate conversions for B2B customers rather than simply attracting traffic to a website.
- Strong editorial background and exceptional skill in proofreading and creating, implementing, and ensuring adherence to style guides.
- Obsessed with writing quality content that generates conversions and passionate about growth.
- Highly motivated self-starter who loves a good challenge.
- Strong time management.
- You can write in different tones and styles, based on brand personality and media.
- Strong background in cyber security.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional writing and editing experience.
- 1+ year of professional experience in cyber security.
- B2B writing experience.
- Native-level fluency in English (proficiency in another language is always great).
Desired Qualifications:
These are not requirements for the role but are a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in IT, Computer Science, Professional Writing, English, Technical Writing, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- SEO content writing experience.
- Experience working at an agency.
- Tech-savvy - experience using GSuite, Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Ahrefs, etc.
Compensation:
- Negotiable based on experience
