Job description
You will be a night owl with experience in social care, emergency call centres, healthcare emergency response or even a Registered Manager looking for a change of scenery. You have excellent communication skills and are a born problem solver.
You have experience offering support to carers and have the ability to liaise with care agencies, emergency response and service users. You are articulate and have experience using data systems, CRM and call log software. You are not fazed by stressful or emergency situations and can multitask. You have experience planning and coordinating homecare rotas on electronic care monitoring systems.

Role Requirements
· It is essential to have a strong knowledge of a variety of services including domiciliary care, emergency response call centres, &/or of a similar role with outstanding communication skills using a variety of methods.
· Previous experience of rostering for Home Care Services.
· Good use of own initiative and problem-solving skills as well as being dedicated, flexible and a reliable team player.
· Proficient use of IT software, including all Microsoft packages, CRM, data systems and call logging systems is essential
· Excellent phone etiquette and people management skills
· An effective problem solver when faced with time sensitive issues and unforeseen circumstances
· Advantageous to be able to use multiple specialist systems of the care sector and in relation to the training provided by Contesto and its clients.
· A calm and confident disposition
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
