Job description
Whistle Punks – Oxford Circus, London
Hey friendo! We’re Whistle Punks and we’re all about people.
Do our 5-star reviews rave about the quality of our wood or how lovely our axes are? Nope. It’s all about our team, our people, our Punks. They make the experience. They create the magic. Fancy joining them?
We brought urban axe throwing to the UK back in 2016 and, ever since our people and our business has been growing and developing, as we play hard to take front and centre in the cutting-edge space that is competitive socialising.
In that time our guests have thrown over 10 million axes. All those throws add up to an axe travelling all the way around the world, and then some!
We have venues in Bristol, Leeds, and Manchester, and in October 2022, relocated our London venue to the hustle and bustle of Oxford Circus, and wow, are we busy. With more venues in the pipeline, our commitment to achieving BCorp accreditation and our passion for customer and employee experience in equal measure, there is no better time to join in with the Punk way.
We’ve grown from 5 to a team of almost 100. We’re bigger, older and wiser, but some things haven’t changed. We’ve always paid the Real Living Wage. We’re always looking to innovate and find ways to do things better and we are always committed to developing and elevating our people, our purpose, and our place of work.
Our mission is to provide an unforgettable experience to anyone setting foot in our venues, this applies to our visitors and our punks. Our success is a direct result of the fantastic team already in place.
We’re about treating people well and doing business for good. Sound like something you’re into?
We’d love to hear from you.
