An excellent opportunity for an individual to support Global Private Bank and Wealth (GPB&W) projects, providing expert guidance to Operations team in relation to test planning and UAT scripting. Support the Programme Manager to create regular progress reports for management meetings. Support the management of Programme's Clarity projects by aligning with Workstream leads on Status reporting and Risks & Issues management.
- Provide Avaloq Core Banking System subject matter expertise to support Avaloq related projects.
- Act as UAT test manager for all GPB&W in flight projects including managing of product backlog. Support sprint planning activities and manage release scheduling including business (Operations) release planning activities.
- Support process baselining for GPB&W projects and coordinate GPB&W workstreams clarity reporting. Working with GPB&W workstream leads to coordinate activities across workstreams, including but not limited process heat maps creation, outlining approvals required, quantification of configurators effort required (in man days).
- Maintain GPB WIBS Book of Work, including but not limited to creating a fortnightly extract from the Programme Saves Forecasting tool.
- Aligning with the Business Service leads and the regional leads on changes necessary and ensuring all agreed updates are submitted as a Change Request as per Programme's Change Control process.
- Maintenance of benefits tracking, including but not limited to aligning with Business Service leads to ensure closure of vacated positions and providing support to evidence collating for validation of non-FTE benefits.
- Demonstrate understanding of the Avaloq Core Banking System subject matter expertise to support Avaloq related projects is mandatory.
- Jira, clarity experience along with PM or BA skills is mandatory.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- Support and/or guide colleagues both onshore and offshore.
- An awareness of identifying programme/Change issues and escalate as appropriate in a timely manner.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities.
- Experience in change and risk management
- Process improvements realized in plan.
- Support the implementation of any GPB&W projects initiatives.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills, both verbal and written, together with excellent customer focus.
The base location for this role is 8 Canada Square, London, E14 5HQ. This role will have flexible working arrangements available for working from home and office on a rota. Hybrid working.
