Key Qualifications
- Ability to ensure the user experience in Apple's offices is at the highest level
- Providing guidance on how to best interact with and utilise Apple's A/V systems, providing guidance and support as needed via face-to-face interaction, chat, email, and telephone
- Collaborating with support teams to ensure that the A/V systems are maintained
- In-depth knowledge of Networking and IT protocols and ability to identify issues that may arise due to network configs
- Independent ability to research technical problems and solutions
- Researching new and innovative solutions to the technical challenges that arise, managing the resulting projects
- Failure diagnosis investigation and fault rectification testing and rectifying any faults and works completed on time
- Event and project management experience

Description
Working from our new Battersea office the individual will be the primary resource for AV requirements across the UK. This is a new role. You will be responsible for the AV support for a variety of requests will range from but not limited to meetings, team all hands, projects, and large-scale one-off events. The individual will have a deep expertise in the audio-visual realm, expectational organisational skills, flexibility, and communication skills. Education & Experience
AV & Communication System Technicians: 3 years (min required) A strong knowledge on Mac OS software and hardware, peripherals and accessories, as well as AV/AVCN devises.
