What you’ll be responsible for:

· Use electronic results/reporting systems to access investigation results as required Use appropriate electronic systems to store data and correspondence in line with STH and service protocol.

· Provide support for clerical and secretarial absence due to sickness and/or annual leave as requested by the Admin Supervisor.

· Deal with telephone queries and provide cover for other team members in the office.

· General admin tasks such as dealing with incoming/outgoing post and photocopying.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills.

· Excellent organisational skills.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

· System knowledge of Lorenzo, G2 and CRIS.
