ABOUT THE ROLE
- You will support in the planning of marketing activity for a variety of the UK’s best brands.
- You’ll love researching, analysing and summarising insight, and for this role will be doing it in the context of digital marketing. This might be auditing marketing performance of our clients & their competitors, looking at market trends or building audience personas off the back of consumer behaviour analysis.
- You will work on a variety of client projects & new business pitches providing:
- Analysis of digital marketing performance
- Competitor research & analysis
- Market research & analysis
- Consumer behaviour research & analysis inc. social listening and audience segment creation
- Search and social listening analysis and intelligence.
- You will also support in creating materials for marketing, which might be the creation of our monthly digital marketing news or researching specific topics for content marketing pieces.
- You will have strong interpersonal skills, who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
- You will be an ambassador of iCrossing UK and its values (ambitious, brave and collaborative). You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time.
ABOUT YOU: EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Strong in both quantitative and qualitative analysis to draw insight, conclusions and find opportunities, which will then need to be presented in written and presentation format.
- Proactive, have a hunger for knowledge and a passion for learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarise your findings into report or presentation formats. Interest in marketing, consumer behaviour & digital
