Commercial Litigation Associate - Manchester
BCL is assisting an award winning national with the recruitment of a 3 + PQE Solicitor to join its highly ranked Commercial Litigation team based at its offices in Manchester
The Role
Working within a well established and friendly team, which is one of the largest teams in the North West
Working alongside Partners listed in the legal directories as leading individuals
Representing clients on high value corporate and commercial disputes
Handling a broad range of business disputes, from the simple to the extremely complex to include;
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR), Banking and finance disputes, Company disputes, Contract disputes, Debt recovery, Injunctions, Intellectual property disputes, Media/reputation management, Mis-sold IRSA claims, Professional negligence, Real estate litigation and Sports disputes
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor 3+ PQE
Commercial Litigation experience gained in a reputable team
Experience handling county and high court litigation
