Our progressive and modern Law firm Client is seeking a Senior Equity Incentives Lawyer to join their dynamic team or a corporate lawyer interested looking to retrain or focus on equity incentives.
This position is 100% remote and can be worked from anywhere within a 2 hour time frame of GMT. However access to 8 offices across the UK is available for those that wish to come into the office.

- Employee equity and cash incentive plans
- Drafting a wide range of share plan documentation (plan rules, shareholder circulars,
- Advising at board and remuneration committee meetings,
- Experience of employer and employee communications, trust documentation etc).
