About the role
We are looking for a conscientious, self-starter to join our team as an Operations
Executive.
This is a unique opportunity to work under the direction of the COO in a fast-growing scale up. This role is multifaceted and will work across HR, Administration,
Communications, Operations and Project Management. You will gain exposure to all areas of the business working on a variety of projects that help the company deliver on its strategic objectives.
Due to the varied nature of this role, we recognise that it is unlikely that a candidate will have demonstratable experience across all the core competencies. We therefore encourage any candidate to apply who enjoys problem solving, is hungry to develop professionally and is willing to complete tasks to the best of their ability no matter how small.
Responsibilities
General Operational Support
- Actively drive and initiate own workload to effectively complement that of the
COO and wider company
- Continuously seek opportunities to understand and anticipate company needs to provide high-quality support
- Highlight and suggest solutions for business issues as they arise
- Maintain strong working relationships with all functions / key stakeholders, including external suppliers
- Conduct research as required
Project Management
- Working with the COO to deliver business change and implementation projects across all teams within the company
- Manage administration of all internal projects by looking after project boards, creating Gant charts, and setting meeting agendas
- Monitoring deadlines and liaising with individuals across the business to ensure milestones are hit
- Developing internal communications plan and content for changes being delivered
HR
● Provide confidential administrative/secretarial services covering highly sensitive and confidential work
● Coordination of all recruitment including adverts, applicant responses, interviews, and subsequent administration
● Manage HR requirements for all new joiners, leavers and transfers including arranging IT equipment and access, allocating workspace and setting up induction plans
● Administer all HR-related documents including contracts of employment amendment letters, flexible working requests, and probation letters.
● Creating and maintaining personnel files on the HR System
● Help organise and coordinate internal and external events, including staff socials and global staff event
● Assist in the delivery of a welcoming and productive office environment for our people and visitors
Communications, Administration and Marketing
- Manage all meeting room bookings
- Assist in insurance renewal process
- Order all office snacks
- Assist with arranging internal and external meetings
- Developing presentations as required, running reports, organising briefings, and ensuring all documentation is available, circulated and shared as necessary
- Assist with website updates using word press
- Provide social media support
- Assist with formatting of CRM system

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Salary: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
