Office Manager/Executive Assistant Hybrid
Fitzrovia
£70,000 per annum
We have a opportunity for an Office Manager who is at the top of their game! This is a truly unique role, where the successful candidate will be comfortable working at an extremely fast pace and also happy to complete standard Executive Assistant duties. The role is supporting a well known, and highly successful tech entrepreneur/investor based in their Fitzrovia office with likely flexibility when the principal is travelling. We are looking for a perfectionist, with an incredibly high attention to detail when it comes to logistics and planning.
The role
:- – Overseeing the smooth running of a small office
- – Managing finances – dealing with accountants, lawyers and investors
- – Project managing merchandising
- – Client gifting and shipping
- – General PA duties
- – Keeping on top of office supplies
- – Various ad hoc projects
Empathy is important, as well as the ability to build relationships with a huge range of stakeholders. For someone resourceful with a ‘can do ‘ attitude and the all important attention to detail, you will be really well rewarded.A tech savvy MAC user would be preferred.
