Job Title: ATM Support Executive
Location: Remote
Salary:£24,784.76 per annum
Hours: 38.5 hrs working week (Nightshift, 4 nights working, 4 days off on a rotational basis)
What is the role of an ATM Support Executive (Out of Hours)?
As an ATM Support (Out of hours) Executive you will be part of a small team however working out of hours and due to this there will be limited interaction between the in hours team. The role includes diagnosing, remote fault fixing as well as liaising with sites and other departments. Some of the responsibilities include making outbound calls, mailbox management, liaising with sites, tele-communication providers and various other departments about all aspects of our ATMs. Your role is to quickly identify the best course of action and ensure a quick resolution for the remote fix of a machine or put into place a plan of action to ensure the first time fix of an ATM. With upwards of 1.5 million individual transactions every single day this job is great for people who are able to think fast. This role requires you to think outside the box and problem solve, escalating to appropriate management where guidance is required. You are required to work on an individual basis and be responsible for your own work load ensuring set KPI’s are achieved.
What will I be doing as an ATM Support Executive (Out of Hours)?
- Provide a personable and professional service, usually under pressure.
- Manage ‘Tickets’ on the in-house database, ensuring a high level of organization.
- Diagnose faults and follow correct course of action.
- Problem solving following processes within a busy environment.
- Multi-task and make key decisions.
Additional responsibilities/training:
- Handle and manage own work load.
- Escalate any out of the ordinary situations that may occur to the correct departments.
- Using own initiative with limited day to day interaction from in hours teams/management.
What will I need to succeed in the ATM Support Executive (Out of Hours) role?
The successful candidate will have a passion and flair for delivering great operational services. This is a developing work environment so a positive ability to embrace change is a must. You will need to demonstrate:
- Good team player.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for technology and innovation.
- An understanding of technology and experience in MS Office including Outlook / Excel / Word to track work flow, daily tasks and assisting in personal organisation.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Shift Patterns (subject to change on the needs of the business):
- Nightshift, 4 nights working, 4 days off on a rotational basis.
- 7:00pm – 7:00am with 1 hour unpaid break split into two 30 minutes.
- Bank holidays to be worked in line with rotation.
