Job Description Summary
To work as part of a team, assisting in developing relationships within the MC sector business. You will be tasked to support the building and management of the business relationship, in particular supporting a designated portfolio of customer relationships in order to identify and satisfy customer needs in the most appropriate way meeting Group credit and profitability requirements. You will be an ambassador for change, an early adopter of tools designed to improve the client and colleague experience and support your wider team and region to achieve their objectives.

An opportunity exists for an Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) in our Mid Corporate business where clients turnover between 25m and 100m. The role is to support the Relationship Manager (RM) and Relationship Director (RD) to identify opportunities by offering the funding, support and services our clients need to manage and grow their business.

The client is at the heart of all we do and you will be expected to deliver excellent service. Key aspects of the role will be to lead and grow deposits, identify client solutions and to make sure credit reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner so that the facilities we hold for our clients are appropriate.
The applicant will prepare and provide up to date information on customer relationships to enable the RM and RD to meet customer requirements and business objectives. The applicant will regularly attend and lead client meetings and also use the support of product partners during those meetings. Through the support of your RM, you will also be responsible for handling the risk and compliance of the portfolio.
As ARM in Mid Corporate you will liaise with many departments in the Bank ranging from Group Transformation, Online Banking service teams, Product partners etc giving you an insight of other opportunities that exist and also collaborate to improve client experience.
