Responsibilities
They will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the workings of a cross-discipline game development team, whether from direct experience, college/university projects, game jams or elsewhere.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Focus on delivering a great game experience within a game feature or area.
- Co-ordinate a cross-discipline game development team around the delivery of a feature or area.
- Ensure task-tracking software is kept up to date and the current status is accurate at all times.
- Communicate the status of work across the team and raise risks when appropriate.
- Directly communicate with our Insider audiences when necessary, ensuring they understand the goals of the experience, the current status and where they should focus their feedback.
Qualifications
- An understanding of Sea of Thieves as a player, and how it has grown and evolved.
- Passionate about our players and their experience, and how we communicate with them.
- A proven understanding of the workings of a cross-discipline game team.
- Works well in a team environment, possessing strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with complex situations.
- A willingness to learn by asking questions and seeking information from people around you.
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of personality types.
- Strong self-motivation and attention to detail.
