The successful candidate will join a team that predominantly delivers the sales, execution and facilitation of financial markets transactions for all new and existing customers helping them manage their currency, commodity and interest rate risk. We work with decision makers across the country to develop risk management strategies and deploy a variety of products that can remove market risks from clients balance sheets as well as suit their particular market views.
The market-facing and multi-faceted nature of this role requires a focused, results-orientated individual who is keen to learn about financial markets. The successful candidate should be excited by a customer facing role and is willing, with our full support, to sit the FCA exams required to be able to execute trades and converse with clients independently. Your desire to learn will be matched by a willingness to teach from everyone in the team.

- You will support senior colleagues within Treasury Services Sales in the day to day running of the business.
- You will initially focus on passing the required regulatory exams that will allow you to speak to clients independently and positively impact team performance
- You will need to take a keen interest in the political and economic events that impact markets and build the confidence to produce market commentary and present this in an accessible format and style for a broad range of internationally trading clients.
- You will learn to interpret a huge amount of global market data, investment trends and policy developments and be able to articulate these in a way that allows customers to understand the impacts to their business.
