The role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Associate Consultant to join our friendly Innovation Team at Mtech Access. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate would have a high work ethic, be team-oriented and hands-on in a varied role. This is a permanent position based out of our London office. We would consider a recent graduate or an experienced executive assistant for this role if you have an aspiration to develop a healthcare consulting career.
Working alongside the Chief Innovation Officer, this role will involve a wide variety of duties; including but not limited to:
- Developing and running high value innovation initiatives and projects
- Supporting the development of new products and services
- Expanding innovation resources and capabilities to deliver sustainable competitive advantage
- Creating a pipeline of investment and revenue to be able to expand innovation opportunities
- Being part of the development of innovation as a platform service for Mtech Access colleagues and clients
- Setting up and running the innovation programme office
- Co-ordinating client meetings and events
- Direct support to the Chief Innovation Officer
- Innovation engagement and communications
Requirements
Essential
- A Life Science Degree
- Worked in health consulting (direct to NHS or to Life Science industry)
- The ability to demonstrate critical and strategic thinking
- Evidence of value-based impact
- Aspiration to develop your career as an innovation consultant in healthcare
- Can-do team-based attitude
- Creative with an outcomes focus
- Ability to motivate and energise subject matter experts and specialists in a regulated environment
Desirable
- Business qualification such as an MBA
- Postgraduate qualification that shows curiosity such as a PhD
