Take control of your career and join Macquarie Capital’s London Infrastructure Advisory team as an Associate focused on the infrastructure sector.

The team currently provides advisory and financing services, to a global client base including corporates, private equity, infrastructure, and sovereign wealth funds. We are looking for an experienced Associate with strong M&A experience within the infrastructure space to be based in London.

You will work with the senior team, assisting them in all transaction execution activities and marketing with an emphasis on financial & commercial analysis and project management. The opportunity is for a talented individual to take responsibility for day-to-day management of M&A transactions in this exciting growth sector where Macquarie Capital has an established track record and client base. In addition, you will also be expected to attend relevant meetings with clients and senior leaders to develop a deep and relevant understanding of the sector.

To be considered for this position, you must have between 3-5 years of relevant M&A experience preferably within the infrastructure sector and an excellent academic record. You should be able to demonstrate your deal execution experience and be regarded as an outstanding performer amongst your peers. You should also have strong financial modelling, valuation and presentation skills and be an excellent communicator in both written and spoken English. Any other language skills will also be advantageous.
