A family living in East Finchley are looking for a skilled and experienced candidate to oversee the maintenance of their 8 bedroom home and to provide driving services.

This is a live out role and the hours required would be 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings from 8am to 1pm.

Duties

Maintenance:

• Overall household maintenance
• Painting and decorating
• Preventative maintenance
• Domestic plumbing fixes
• Liaising with contractors
• Ensuring the external areas of the property are clean and well presented, such as clearing gutters, cleaning windows, and pressure washing outdoor paths

Chauffeuring:

• Assist with school runs
• Airport runs
• Other driving duties as required
• Running errands such as picking up dry cleaning and shopping
• Cleaning and valeting the vehicles (Mercedes and Porsche)
• Overseeing vehicle admin

Candidate requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be looking to make a long term commitment. The previous employee was in the role for 5 years and they are keen to build the same relationship.
• You need to have proven experience in a similar role with checkable references
• You need to posses strong maintenance skills and be confident to give things a go before a contractor is called in
• A confident driver is required, and you must be happy to drive larger vehicles
• There are other staff employed and it is essential that you have a hands on and team-player attitude.
