Job: Associate Director of Programme & Project Management
Contract: Permanent/FTC
Salary: £90,462 per annum
Hours: 37.5
Location: A remote model of work with occasional visits to site

Job Summary
This role combines responsibility for providing leadership and management of the Cloud21 team of Programme and Project Managers, with key responsibilities for team development, advocacy and PPM resource management on behalf of the Consultancy team with client focussed responsibilities which include account management and delivery of client programmes.
You will be a key member of the Consultancy Management Team and will support the development and provide oversight on subsequent delivery of work packages, with a specific focus on supporting our transition from primarily focussing on clinical system implementation to data driven system optimisation and wider clinical transformation.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support development of the CMT strategy (aligned to the wider Cloud21 Strategy) and delivery of key objectives
- Identify opportunities for new service offerings for existing or new clients
- Ongoing development of standard tools and methodologies for Programme / Project delivery
- Provide leadership and line management for the team of Programme and Project Managers
- Create development plans for each member of the team to ensure that their skills continue to match the ongoing and / or changing needs of our clients; including specifically the development of strong PMO capabilities within the team
- Develop appropriate forums for the team to share experiences, learn lessons and reach out to each other and you for specific support where needed
- Lead on recruitment into the team
- Work in partnership with other members of the Consultancy Team to address client issues / concerns where they relate to work packages being delivered by the PPM team
- Utilising your skills and experience in Programme / Portfolio Management, act in a lead and/or supporting role capacity on client work packages
- Work independently or as part of a project team on a client engagement, on a single or multiple client engagements
Personal Specification
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital healthcare landscape at local and national level
- Extensive line management experience with a track record of developing teams
- Experience of digital healthcare and Epic, Cerner, System C and / or Meditech EPR implementations Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Planning and Organisation skills, and ability to use judgement to identify and resolve diverse complex issues
