Job description
The Education Achievement Service is seeking to second a highly effective teacher to the post of Associate Curriculum Partner (Expressive Arts).
Working as part of the wider school improvement team, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping raise standards of teaching and learning across the region, with a particular focus on expressive arts. Individual applicants will need to have a proven track record of excellent teaching in expressive arts, including experience of developing teaching resources such as schemes of learning, intervention material and differentiated tasks. With a proven record of raising standards in their own classes and of implementing effective strategies which have raised outcomes in expressive arts across the whole school, the successful applicant will be able to articulate approaches that lead to high quality learning for all learners and provide well-crafted demonstration lessons and coaching. They will need to communicate a genuine desire to develop the practice of others, and a secure understanding of national priorities in education.
