As a member of the Consulting team, you will be required to bring your international experience and account management skills to assist in directing end-to-end search delivery.
Job Responsibility
- You will have the chance to work closely with our directors and clients and be a key part of the search project team, sitting in on the requirement briefing call, researching target candidates and approaching them proactively to introduce the company brand
- You will be responsible for mapping target companies, identifying target candidates, headhunting, posting jobs adverts, interviewing and assessing candidates for our searches.
- In addition, you will support throughout the interview process, working closely with the lead Consultant on the project and the client directly, ensuring a world class service and experience.
- You will be actively encouraged to come up with suggestions about how we can continuously improve and innovate both our internal processes, technology and candidate & client solutions.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in the recruitment sector is required,
- Languages are preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- An eagerness to learn, a great deal of persistence,
- A passion for working with people,
- Good attention to detail
- A desire to be your best self and do your best work.
- Previous experience recruiting at a senior level internationally and or in a search environment is highly advantageous.
