Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Assessing and supporting learners to meet the required standards set by the College and appropriate awarding organisations
- Assessors will be responsible for marking learners’ assignments within the different courses
- Assessors will be required to be supportive, helpful and respectful of all students as they embark on their education journey.
What we are looking for in you:
- Have worked as a Personal trainer for a minimum of 2 years
- Demonstrate active and up to date industry relevant CPD records
- Have an excellent level of communication skills and written English
- Must have a recognised qualification at level 3 or higher in Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training & Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition
- Must hold an assessing qualification such as CAVA level 3 or A1 (or equivalent)
- Tutors must hold, or be working towards, a teaching qualification.
- Have the ability to problem solve using own initiative
- Be able to provide high quality Teaching and assessment decisions
- Be digitally skilled in Microsoft Office, email and other commonly used platforms
- Maintain own professional development to ensure the highest quality service to learners
You will work under a self-employed, no obligation contract
