Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Assessing and supporting learners to meet the required standards set by the College and appropriate awarding organisations
  • Assessors will be responsible for marking learners’ assignments within the different courses
  • Assessors will be required to be supportive, helpful and respectful of all students as they embark on their education journey.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Have worked as a Personal trainer for a minimum of 2 years
  • Demonstrate active and up to date industry relevant CPD records
  • Have an excellent level of communication skills and written English
  • Must have a recognised qualification at level 3 or higher in Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training & Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition
  • Must hold an assessing qualification such as CAVA level 3 or A1 (or equivalent)
  • Tutors must hold, or be working towards, a teaching qualification.
  • Have the ability to problem solve using own initiative
  • Be able to provide high quality Teaching and assessment decisions
  • Be digitally skilled in Microsoft Office, email and other commonly used platforms
  • Maintain own professional development to ensure the highest quality service to learners

You will work under a self-employed, no obligation contract

Salary: £25.00 per hour
