We are a completely remote team spread across the world, with a deep passion for making the web a more beautiful, usable, and reliable place.
We are looking for a Russian speaking Technical Customer Support person, with excellent customer support experience and technologically adept, who will be tasked with helping the growth of Threecolts’ customer support tools while offering impeccable customer service and support. We expect that you can work autonomously, think both strategically and tactically, and take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.
What will you do?
- Proactively serve as the primary contact for customers, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Follow up with customers after onboarding to ensure their needs are met.
- Conduct product demos with new and prospective customers.
- Ensure timely subscription renewals.
- Submit custom invoices and/or contracts, incorporating agreed discounts where applicable.
- Track and convert new trial accounts into demo sessions or develop strategies for automating the onboarding process for now. Soon we will move into more self-activation process
- Gather customer’s requirements and do little research and discovery on enhancing features
What do we expect from you?
- Fluency in oral and written Russian.
- English proficiency at least B1-B2 level.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to quickly learn semi-technical concepts related to system configuration and automation (e.g., Zendesk triggers, Salesforce flows, Hubspot sequences).
Nice to have:
- Experience with helpdesk solutions, either as a user or worker.
- Previous experience working with remote international teams.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Location: GMT or within +/-3 hours.
