Key Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing deadlines for future work and projects as directed by the Head of Studios
Communicating with the Head of Studios and wider studio with tasks that need to be completed and an ability to understand and adhere to deadlines
Proactive no nonsense communication style to keep the Head of Studios updated with any changes and information at all times
Oversee all tasks that have been delegated from the Head of Studios to completion and flagging up any concerns
Day to day admin, for example managing annual leave and timesheet requests for the studio
Any ad-hoc duties delegated from the Head of Studios
Showing keen commercial thinking in all aspects of the role
Always prioritizing the changing needs of the business
Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
Cover for the Head of Studios when they are not in the Studio
Person Specifications:
You must be proactive and have a no nonsense flexible approach to work
Be able to quickly adapt to change, ready to shift focus onto a new plan as and when required
Think on your feet, be effective at problem solving, show common sense and initiative.
Be eager to get stuck in and help with all tasks no matter how big or small
Work independently and can take the initiative with no questions asked
Practical/production experience would be advantageous
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organisation and people management skills
Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
Strong communication skills
High level of discretion
A high level and understanding of working to deadlines and changing deadlines.
