Job description
Robert Walters – Finance Business Partner – Permanent (hybrid) – Worcester - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Our client, a construction business, is looking for a Finance Business Partner who can collaborate with the senior management team and provide strategic financial insights. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation and excellence.
- Providing financial analysis and insights to inform and influence business decisions and actions
- Collaborating with stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, budgets and reports to support planning and reporting processes
- Identifying and driving opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction and revenue enhancement
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies and regulations
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Accountant
- Strong skills with Excel ad Word
- Experience with BI tools is desirable
