Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to develop and implement project plans, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to the Head of Delivery and other stakeholders.
- Support the management of project risks and issues, identifying solutions and mitigating potential obstacles.
- Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and optimize project outcomes.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate project status, key milestones, and outcomes to management and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Delivery, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, project management methodologies, and best practices, and incorporate relevant knowledge into project activities.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Proven experience in project management, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Demonstrated experience in providing support to management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
Preferred Traits:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience working in a similar role within the industry.
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with relevant software development or implementation processes.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Salary:
The gross salary range is $2,000-$3,500 USD a month.
