We are recruiting for a commercially driven and results focused Assistant Manager, with a clear understanding of KPI's, to support the Store Manager in the day to day running of the store. The Assistant Manager will need to have the ability to assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in his/her absence and lead the team to deliver KPI goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Driving an exceptional customer service experience.
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Leading the team to exceed sales targets, KPI's and personal goals.
- Utilising commercial reports to make decisions promote the brand and increase sales..
- Liaising with head office teams
- Managing retail standards across the store through the team
- Assuming responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
Skills required:
- Highly desirable to have previous Assistant Manager/Supervisor experience
- Commercially driven and results focused.
- Ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
