An exciting opportunity for a full time Assistant Service Manager to work within the Primary and Community Services teamat NHS Borders has arisen.
This is a new post which will focus primarily on supporting the Clinical Service Manager who has responsibility for several service areas across Primary Care and Community Services, including but not limited to, General Medical Services GP Contracts, Community Hospitals, Dental Services and Sexual Health.
The postholder will work as a key member of the Primary and Community Services management team supporting the Clinical Service Manager, Clinical Nurse Managers, and the Clinical Management Team in operational and performance management (financial, capacity, planning and business management), ensuring services are delivered within budget, that national and local targets are met, and that income is maximised.
