Job description
We are currently recruiting for our brand new Italian Restaurant Amore and require an assistant manager to work directly with the hotel General Manager in the day to day operation of the restaurant. Managing a team of floor staff to a high standard of service. Must have previous management experience and good food knowledge. The successful candidate will be able to make up to an additional £5k per anum in tips and service charge.

- Management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
