Job description
The post holder will be part of the specialist Adult Eating Disorder service, to support and enhance the psychological care and assessment of adults, young people and their families/carers, under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist. Where appropriate, to assist in conducting audit, service evaluation projects and literature reviews
The post holder will be a member of the Specialist Community Adult ED multi-disciplinary service, which serves the Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire County area.
There will be a number of duties including; providing support and carry out a range of psychometric and other assessments; carrying out defined therapeutic interventions; offering support interventions with staff teams, such as consultancy, training, identifying resources, multi-disciplinary working, signposting staff to appropriate services and service promotion; providing support on data collection and analysis, for both clinical and service evaluation, as required. This may include collecting and reviewing a variety of data such as psychometric scores, interview data, historical information, literature searches. It may also involve data analysis and report writing under supervision.
