The opportunity
Project: We are seeking talented individuals that want to join us as assistant project managers that can work with us in our Highways Division. We are looking for people to join our teams in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, and Bristol but all geographies will be considered.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the successful delivery of the project or programme, achieving high client satisfaction scores.
Working as part of an integrated project team that brings together people with One Vision across a number of companies and stakeholders.
Ensuring a safe and collaborative working environment where people thrive.
Assisting on the leading multidisciplinary teams in matrix organisations to meet client outcomes.
Managing and outperforming against the contract.
Contributing to the review of project performance and production of reporting to drive continuous improvement.
Assigning and following-up project actions e.g. reporting project progress, monitoring costs and progress, acceptance of project specific procedures.
Maintaining records, traceable files and arrange archiving on closure of the project as appropriate.
Role modelling and championing social value initiatives.
Ensuring compliance against our quality management system to ensure we are meeting client outcomes and standards.
