Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager
As the Assitant Operations Manager your key responsibilities include:
To support the Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of service operations, ensuring delivery of services is in line with contract, commissioning requirements and current legislation.
To support the Operations Manager to lead Business Development and Business Growth.
To develop and maintain excellent relationships with external organisations, commissioners and partners to drive the business forward.
To work collaboratively with managers to achieve outcomes in line with ISS business plan.
To support the Operations Manager ensure all services are fully resourced through effective recruitment management.
To undertake regular audits of ISS services to ensure that financial and operational processes are appropriately implemented, and quality is maintained across all services.
To work with the Operations Manager to manage, mentor and lead managers (including HR Advisor) to enhance and develop their skills and abilities in line with their job descriptions and service responsibilities to ensure the best care is delivered to ISS customers.
40 hours per week:
Your core hours will be worked flexibly Monday to Friday between 8.30am and
5.30pm to include a thirty-minute unpaid break. You will at times need to work
your contracted hours outside of these hours to meet the demands of the
business.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £40,288.00-£44,348.00 per year
