About us:
Our Trading company opened its first shop in 2010 on Rugby high street. Since then, we have grown from strength to strength and now have over 55 shops ranging from boutiques, concessions, home stores and superstores. We have a successful online trading department selling through Amazon, EBAY and its own web shop selling bespoke homeware. We also have our own in-house recycling department with over 100 collection bins, and door to door collections.

Part time: 24 Hours. Saturday, Sunday and Monday
Rate of pay: £10.90 per hour

Role
Reporting to the Shop Management team this position is furniture shop based with daily travel around surrounding area.
Purpose
To collect and deliver donated stock/furniture from customers’ homes and local businesses to support the delivery of sales and profit targets within your shop. To take responsibility for the company van ensuring maintenance and servicing is carried out daily. Exceed customer expectations by providing the highest quality service both in and out of store.
The Role includes:
- Planning and organise the collection and delivery of stock/furniture to the shop or customer address.
- Manual handling including assisting the shop staff with moving large items of furniture including up staircases and organise the sales floor to display the stock.
- Provide shop cover as required by the shop manager, in the case of management absences planned or emergency, within reason.
- To promote shop and engage within local community
Essential Criteria
- Full clean driving licence
- Understanding of geographical working area
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to plan, and organise own and teams work load
