Within Deloitte Real Assets Advisory is our well-established and growing Occupiers and Capital Projects team is one of the largest integrated advisory teams in the UK. The team consists of property, finance and construction professionals including, but not limited to, chartered surveyors, cost consultants, project managers, engineers and accountants.
We are the go-to strategic advisor to a global network of corporate and public sector clients, utilising the latest technology and insights to help them deliver both their occupier footprint strategy and capital projects in a more operationally-efficient and sustainable manner.

As part of our expanding Digital & Technology Transformation advisory team you will support real estate and infrastructure clients with their digital innovation strategies, technology and platform modernisation, and data-led automation and insights programs.
Using your experience leading teams to deliver digital & technology transformation across the lifecycle of real estate and infrastructure, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of assignments such as:
- Designing and developing digital strategies, innovation roadmaps and target operating models to help guide the technology modernisation and customer experience (CX) initiatives of public and private real estate organisations;
- Completing assessments of existing platforms, processes and data landscapes to identify opportunities for technology renewal and investment;
- Prepare requirements and use case assessments, and build business case to underpin transformation programs and procurement processes for new platform architecture; and,
- Guide and inform the clients on the optimisation of data, standards and governance, and integrations that enable the use of AI and machine learning tools to drive business insights and process automation.
You will work with specialists at the forefront of their chosen field and gain experience from a diverse range of stimulating and challenging clients in UK and internationally.

Connect to your skills and professional experience
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- A professional qualification or equivalent experience in real estate/asset management technologies and/or consulting (eg. Member, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to deliver high quality client reports and presentations using core software such as PowerPoint and Excel to a high level.
- Skills to build relationships, trust and know how to influence others.
- A positive attitude and be motivated to build a career within Deloitte.
- Ideally for this role you should bring practical knowledge in three or more of the following:
- Relevant exponential technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Digital Twin, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications and cloud-based integrated workplace solutions.
- Industry expertise in at least one of the following sectors: Real Estate Fund/Asset Manager, Corporate Real Estate Owner/Occupiers or property operations supply chain i.e., technology consultancy or real estate/facilities service provider.
- Business-focused technology implementation and change management i.e., requirements gathering, process workshops, design documentation, testing processes and deployment.
- Supporting processes for data transfer, data repositories and business information.
- The development and implementation of data governance frameworks within complex property asset environments.
- Working in projects involving a medium sized (5+) internal and external real estate technology team.
- Data integration mechanisms (e.g., ETL, API) and strategies.
- Awareness of the relevant professional / regulatory processes to ensure compliance and minimise risk.
