The Camping Park
Set within the leafy Mortonhall Estate, We are an award winning caravan and camping park having achieved numerous Trip Advisor ‘Certificate of Excellence Awards’. We offer primarily touring and camping pitches all year round as well as holiday homes, camping pods (Wigwams) and shepherd huts to hire. We provided a wonderful escape for those seeking a short break holiday or longer.
The Job
Reporting to the Leisure & Reatil Manager and with a passion for hospitality, the primary focus of the role is to successfully manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the caravan park reception, bookings, shop and park housekeeping services, and playing a wider duty to support the park management. The role is therefore likely to appeal to a broad range of persons and who will possess transferable skill sets. Experience in the following areas will be advantageous.
We are seeking... you will require previous experience successfully supervising people and building a team and to support the role.
An experienced supervisor/manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be a proactive thinker and an enthusiastic leader, injecting your personality into your work and inspiring the team to deliver a warm and memorable guest experience. You will continually commit to the highest standards of service and operations, and working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the front of house team, managing financials, recruitment and team development, park management and health and safety.
