As our Assistant Manager you will be reporting to the General Manager, playing a pivotal part in the daily success and running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Put simply, being an Assistant Manager means running a restaurant, not just a shift.

You’ll be responsible for helping to create an high level of customer satisfaction, making customers leave better than when they arrived.
- You’ll take the lead, help without asking, continually chase extra responsibility.
- Show passion for the brand, visible when ensuring your team are knowledgeable and confident.
- Have an eye for detail and thrive in a high volume fast paced environment.
- You’ll coach, support, and manage the crew to deliver flawless service.
- Maintain important level 5 EHO and Health and Safety audits to a high standard.
- Receiving deliveries and managing inventory, including stock checks, ordering new supplies and equipment.
- Support the General Manager in the recruitment, induction and on boarding of any new Kitchen crew members.

Salary: £24,858.00-£26,820.00 per year
