Planned start date of 13th March 2023.
OTE £28000-£32000. (Including gratuities and annual profit share)

What We Are Looking For
We are on the search for an experienced General Manager with personality and the ability to motivate a great team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a food operation with the ability to develop the existing junior management team.
Who We Are
Fine & Country Inns Group is a Yorkshire based company with a proven track record of trading high quality food led operations throughout the Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire regions. We are looking for ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated people to join our team.
The Venue
This position is for our new venue which is due to open early 2023. Based in the North Yorkshire Countryside 5 mins from the A1, the venue is set in its own grounds alongside an award-winning holiday park and golf course. It has a large outdoor area perfect for weddings, functions, events and festivals. Inside there is a large bar area and a fantastic separate restaurant. There are 100 covers in the bar, 100 covers in the restaurant and 100 covers outside. This is a big venue and needs a great Head Chef to take control.
The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in.
- A quality fresh food operation,
- People management with the ability to lead and inspire a large multi-skilled team,
- Financial awareness/acumen of business operations,
- Have a hands-on approach to running the business with the team,
- High levels of presentation and merchandising skills,
- Understanding of Licencing, Food Safety and EH regulations,
- A full driving license with unlimited access to their own vehicle.

The Position.
The role of Assistant Manager involves the assisting with overall day-to-day running and development of the business. The following are a generic non-exhaustive guide of the position.
- Assist in controlling all stock, cash, and payroll.
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service throughout the business,
- Drive sales and motivate your team to do so,
- Ensuring all company processes and procedures are adhered to,
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards,
- Recruit and train a team of committed, ambitious and professional staff,
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach to food & beverage service,
- Develop a calendar or events alongside the General Manager.
