To join us the successful Assistant Manager will:*

Work alongside our management team to grow the business
- Knows how to train and develop a team to deliver a memorable experience
- Excellent communication skills and an inspiring leader who leads by example
- Passionate about food, wine and hospitality
- Thrives under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as an Assistant Manager
- Looking to progress into a senior management role in the next 1-2 years
- Experience working in a fast-paced quality establishment
