Role
We are looking for a driven, well organised, and practically minded individual to take on the new role of Assistant Logistics Manager. This role will support the Logistics Manager in their day-to-day management of the logistics side of our business, helping to support the planning and delivery of all movements and events
Key attributes
We are looking for a hard-working individual who has a high attention to detail, a passion for a well organised operation and strong communication/leadership skills. The role requires being practically minded and thriving under pressure, whilst enjoying being both office based and hands on.
The candidate must be diligent in their approach, be a natural leader of people who feels comfortable training & have a positive solution focused attitude.
You will be reporting to the Logistics Manager and be based from our Headquarters just outside of Bromyard, Herefordshire (HR74LU) but will travel to sites when needed. During the winter this could be one day per week, but during our peak times you could be away most days and staying away.

Package
· £28,000 - 32,000
· Company Pension Scheme
· Private health care.
· 50 hours per week (annualised)
· 5 days per week with days off in lieu for any day worked over.
· 28 holidays per year including bank holidays.
