Job description
Who We Are:
- Your priority will be to provide key administrative and general support, including diary management, managing and updating meeting minutes and agendas, travel arrangements, documents, calendar management, travel coordination and expense reports for two senior HRBPs.
- Coordinate with the global HR team and other executives for meetings agendas and deliverables.
- Ensuring smooth flow of the work day with proactive schedule prep and contingency planning

Participate in projects and human resources initiatives as assigned, which may include:
- Data tasks – running and analysing reports
- Collation of HR Newsletter from key M&E stakeholders
- Various – support HR events and activations; prep employee communications.
- Will have direct interaction with entire global Human Resources Team and client groups.
- Managing interactions with current employees, prospective candidates, partners, vendor contacts, etc.
- Preparing and editing communications, correspondences, and other documents.
- Working with HR Operations to run and pull reports from workday.
- Be a key point of contact for any general enquires from both internal and external stakeholders.
- You may also be required to support with ad-hoc tasks to the HR Team.
- Other duties that are within the scope of the role may be required.
- Must have undertaken similar roles in fast paced, high growth business before
- Previous experience as a PA/Team Assistant is required
- High level of integrity and ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner
- Must have developed the knowledge and experience of managing and processing invoices, and other common corporate processes
- Needs strong working IT skills

- This is a permanent position based at Chiswick Park, London.
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility is required to fulfil all duties of the role
- Occasional travel and weekend work may be required
