We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to assist in leading the team in our new and exciting unit in the heart of Leeds City Centre, opening in April.
Six by Nico is a vibrant and unique restaurant group focusing around a themed six course tasting menu, currently thriving in Scotland, England & Ireland. Our Leeds unit will bethe latest venue to be added to our exciting portfolio.
The role of Assistant General Manager will see you take charge and guide your team forward. You will be accountable for the guests experience within a busy environment, team development and cooperating with the General Manager to ensure day to day operations of the restaurant run smoothly.
With a bespoke training package that will give you the opportunity to travel to our venues across the company and truly understand our concept, gaining unrivalled support from our outstanding managers.
The ideal candidate would hold the following qualities and experience:
- A natural leader with strong communication skills, with the ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Work alongside the General Manager to ensure quality customer service and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Drive the Six by Nico culture
- Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable

Salary paid at an hourly rate of £13.69 p/h inclusive of service charge.
