Job description
Due to very high demand, The Staff Room is always recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils in a variety of primary schools in Northampton.

To be considered for this role:
- You must have a least 6 months experience within the last 3 years of working or volunteering with children
- You must understand the needs of young children and the way in which they learn and develop
- You must show initiative and the ability to work confidently on your own or as part of a team
- You must be energetic, motivated and patient
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
Successful applicants will need to complete all safeguarding checks to include Enhanced DBS, Teaching Regulation Agency checks and professional references (at least one reference MUST be related to your working or volunteering with children and able to comment on safeguarding).
