Your day-to-day.
- To assist the General Manager in the management of all departments on park
- Recruiting, retaining, motivating, training and consistently developing the department heads along with their direct reports to ensure we get the best from our people and deliver/exceed our guest expectations
- To ensure an increased harmony and relationship exists between each function of the business and provide support across each team to ensure consistent performance
- To ensure the park operates to company policies and procedures and statutory legal requirements
- To support the ongoing development of operating methods of the park, as identified by the General Manager
- Effectively manage and lead the development of our people, ensuring full utilisation of PI Reviews and personal development plans
The idea person will have:
- Strong business and financial acumen, with a passion for customer focus
- An honest, professional and a respectful approach
- An ability to influence and negotiate
- Experience of planning and organising projects
- Previous experience in a senior level management of a similar size and scope will be hugely advantageous.
