Coco di Mama is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our wonderful team.
Our amazing Assistant Managers have excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. They possess an ability to work diligently and flexibly, are driven by a positive approach and always put the customer first.
Please note that this role isn't tied to a specific site, and you could be requested to work in any of our central London stores.

Assistant Managers Must Have...
- At least 1 year of experience within an Assistant Manager position within a food retail environment
- A can-do, enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to multi-task.
- A strong business acumen
- The skills to support the General Manager with hiring, training and the development of the team.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent service skills with the ability to predict guests needs and build a loyal customer base
- Clear communication skills
- A proven track record of effective organisation and planning
- A strong understanding of the importance of attention to detail
- Strong Health and Safety and Food Safety knowledge.
- Be Process and Procedure driven.

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
