You will provide key administrative support to the HR strategy & Insight team who focus on a number of specialist areas which include data insight, policy, projects, pay, reward, organisational design, job evaluation and diversity and inclusion.
LIVE WORK SUPPORT
The HR&OD strategy & insight team are responsible for the development and implementation of effective human resources strategies and processes to support the delivery of the Council’s Workforce Strategy with a focus on provision of effective workforce insight, policies and procedures in line with the Council’s business plan and corporate priorities.
You will be highly motivated, keen to learn, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, together with strong communication skills both written & verbal and a high regard for customer’s service. Added to this you will have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
