Brewski Restaurants have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Brewski Sheffield. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis on a 45 hour contract with every working hour paid, including overtime. Salary is £36000 including service charge.

The Role
As assistant general manager you will be aiding the general manager in ensuring high standards and a positive speak up culture is maintained, driving the business forward whilst sticking closely to our 6 core values ( explained in the interview ).
Responsibilities include :
Leading from the front
Recruitment, Training & Development
Maintaining excellent relationships between front of house & back of house
Innovative solutions to any issues that may arise
Motivating the team to ensure high standards are met
Goal setting for team members
Site Maintenance
P&L, forecasting & budgeting
Conflict management & resolution
Rota & stock management
Wages, holidays & requests
Guest relations
Appraisals
Staff welfare
Candidates should be
Restaurant focused with previous experience in an agm role
Passionate about hospitality & comfort food
