General Description:
We are looking for an assistant finance analyst to complete the accounting administration and data collation of the Procam group, to provide and report financial information in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the fixed asset register for both the Trading and Parent Companies
- Prepare various overhead analysis reports
- Collate workings for preparation of submission of ProCam Group VAT return
- Process product related supplier invoices through to the Accounts payable ledger
- Assistance in collation of data for PAYE settlement agreement
- Production of, and assistance in collation of data for various management reports and information
- Involvement in Finance projects and process improvements
Experience Requirements and Personal Attributes:
- Knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
- Advanced Excel user (complex formulae)
- Experience ERP software user
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good team work ethic (The finance team consists of six heads, managed by the UK Finance Director)
Education Requirements:
- BTEC National Diploma or equivalent in a Finance related subject
- GCSE or equivalent English and Maths
