We are looking to recruit an HR Administrator responsible for handling a variety of personnel-related administrative duties You will provide information and clerical support to the HR Department regarding human resources activities, policies, procedures, and processes. You will also be responsible for general office administration.The role is part-time, 25 hrs per week. We are in Wembley, West London. The nearest Tube stations include Alperton, Hanger Lane, and Perivale (Piccadilly & Central Lines).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Business Partner.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes.
- Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, assisting with interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Compiling and maintaining employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
- Assisting with payroll reports.
- Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintaining employee data on HR Systems.
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations.
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
- Completing the new starters induction.
- Completing the leaver process.
Requirements: 2 or more years experience as an HR Admin or related position.
Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Knowledge of employment law and human resources responsibilities.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
