Assistant Facilities Manager (Soft Services) | Titchfield| up to £30,000 | FM Service Provider | Government Contract
An exciting opportunity to work for a Leading FM Service Provider looking after a govenment contract based in Titchfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager in the smooth running of all soft FM Services Cleaning, Security, Post room, helpdesk etc.
What we are looking for:
The role would suit an organised and experienced FM professional with a customer experience background, who understands the importance of support services, contractor management and meeting client expectations.
- You will need to be an excellent communicator who relates well to internal and external stakeholders and have the ability to interact with a people at all levels.
- You must be able to multitask and prioritise your workload.
- The successful candidate will have advanced computer skills, highly developed administration skills and able to prioritise a busy workload.
- You will also require minimum of 2 years’ experience in facilities management and experience of contract management.
- A clean driver’s licence is also preferred as our buildings are in different locations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FM
The role requires the candidate to hold or be working towards the following qualification:
- IOSH Managing Safely – desired
